Lorraine works effortlessly to lead our design team to success with her years of experience and cheerful personality.

As the Showroom Manager, Lorraine maintains a showcase of displays in our showroom, keeping them up to date with current trends. She aids in the onboarding process to assure our new designers are trained to be successful designers for our company, and where they might go on to next. Since her hire in September 2020, she has worked closely with her clients to design award winning spaces, assisting them in every step of the way.

She is recognized for her talents by the CRBRA with a Best in Building Award for Best Design, and strives for continued recognition of her work. Lorraine regularly attends NKBA events to stay current with all the trends and ever-changing industry standards, as well as other local events to network with local designers, builders, and companies.

Her designs are exceptional and offer the clients functionality as well as an aesthetically pleasing space. Satisfied clients rave of her work and often refer many new inquiries her way. Lorraine works closely with the Galarneau Builders team on many of the new build projects as well as with Saratoga Kitchens and Baths clients on renovation projects, providing her professional expertise and creative ideas.

Lorraine’s commitment to the team does not go unnoticed and is always appreciated.

Since joining our team in January 2023, Morgan has acquired many roles at Saratoga Kitchens and Baths. As a Sales Expeditor, she is responsible for submitting any new, replacement, or warranty orders to our cabinet companies through an online portal, as well as organizing paperwork to send to the countertop manufacturers, and placing any and all additional orders for materials as part of a new construction or renovation project.

She helps head the planning process for our booth at the annual Home & Lifestyle Show held in Saratoga Springs and is a creative part of our team, constantly developing new ideas to reach prospective clients.

The face behind our social media accounts, Morgan puts her creative touch into brainstorming and comprising media to share with the public. Her many responsibilities also encompass maintaining our extensive collection of showroom samples, fielding phone inquiries for design consultations, and taking beautiful photos of our work alongside another photographer.

As a Designer, Morgan works directly with clients to bring their vision to life. From the initial meeting to the closing, Morgan provides clients with exceptional service and creative solutions to design their space.

Lucien “Lou” Galarneau

Lou’s passion and expertise for the home building industry started in 1974. His extensive portfolio ranges from small renovations to multi-million-dollar custom homes.

Lou opened Saratoga Kitchens and Baths in 2015 to work in tandem with his luxury building company, Galarneau Builders. Lou has sourced top talent in interior and cabinet design to help fulfil his customers’ dreams. Along with the designers, the cabinet manufacturers have also been carefully selected to deliver high quality products that meet almost every style and budget.

Lou takes the time to learn about every project and he loves nothing more than happy customers!
