Our Team
As Design Manager, Lorraine leads our team to success with her cheerful personality and years of sales experience. She has been a part of SKB since September 2020 and has been recognized for her talents by the CRBRA Best in Building Awards for Best Design. Lorraine works closely with her clients and our building partner, Galarneau Builders, for every step of the process to turn dreams into reality. She regularly attends events and trainings hosted by the NKBA to stay current with all the trends and ever-changing industry standards.
When she’s not helping our clients, you can find her providing support for our other designers whenever necessary. Lorraine is ready to demonstrate why she is a leader in the design department and wants to provide you with the best experience possible.
Lorraine Keenan, Design Manager
Jen is a 518 local who joined Saratoga Kitchens and Baths in the Fall of 2023. She has been designing interior spaces since 2014 and is proud to have closed 20 million in designs thus far in her career. Over the past decade she’s helped a wide range of clients on their projects, from budget-conscious renovations, luxurious new construction builds, volume commercial projects, and everything in-between.
Jen has experience designing for all 50 states and beyond. Her layouts can be found in homes as far north as Alaska and as far south as the Cayman Islands, catering to many different regional tastes. She would love to use her extensive knowledge to help personalize your designs to your own unique style.

Morgan Brown, Assistant Designer & Sales Expediter
Morgan fills many crucial roles for Saratoga Kitchens and Baths since her start with us in January of 2023. As a sales expeditor, Morgan is in charge of putting all orders for the team which really helps to keep things moving. Her many responsibilities also encompass maintaining our extensive collection of showroom samples, fielding phone inquiries for design consults, taking beautiful photos of our work alongside another photographer, and helping us reach the community via our social media accounts.
Morgan has recently stepped into the role of assistant designer and is putting her sharp eye for details to use for our clients. We couldn’t be happier to have her as part of our design team!

Lucien “Lou” Galarneau
Lou's passion and expertise for the home building industry started in 1974. His extensive portfolio ranges from small renovations to multi-million-dollar custom homes. Lou opened Saratoga Kitchens and Baths in 2015 to work in tandem with his luxury building company, Galarneau Builders. Lou has sourced top talent in interior and cabinet design to help fulfil his customers’ dreams. Along with the designers, the cabinet manufacturers have also been carefully selected to deliver high quality products that meet almost every style and budget. Lou takes the time to learn about every project and he loves nothing more than happy customers!
